JUNE UPDATE!
I am out of town pretty much 4 to 5 days a week this summer, and there just isn’t any way I can reasonably answer the sheer volume of email I normally get (dozen a day plus). I am already backlogged with email, and would instead ask that you call my friends at 1-800-274-1744 for help. Here are some folks you can ask for:
Ron Murphy: Worked for Sun Industries since the 1980s, knows SunTana, TansYou and SunDash very well, as well as other beds.
Archie McGee: Worked at UVA SunSystems since 1994. Knows parts and service better than anyone else on many, many brands, including SonnenBraune, Puretan, Dr. Kern.
Richard Hale: Lamp guy. Been selling lamps for salons for about a decade and can help you get the right lamp.
I will be back later in the summer, I just hate to accept email when I know I can’t keep up with it. Until then, these guys will help when you call them toll free during business hours, eastern time. Have a great summer!
